Haley Fagan

Haley Fagan has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Haley began their career with Marriott International as an Assistant Controller from February 1999 to May 2004. Haley then joined Acclaim Technical Services as a VP of Operations from May 2005 to September 2009. Following that, they served as CFO at The Waltos Group - Northwestern Mutual from April 2010 to March 2012. Haley then worked as a Controller at The Island Hotel from March 2012 to May 2012. Haley later became a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual from August 2013 to April 2014.

From April 2014 to January 2015, Haley served as a Controller at Wildflower Bread Company. Haley then returned to the company from January 2016 to November 2017, taking on the role of Accounting Projects before becoming Controller again from November 2017 to January 2019. Haley then joined Meritage Homes as a Senior Accountant from April 2019 to June 2019, and subsequently became an Assistant Regional Controller from June 2019 to April 2022.

In June 2022, Haley joined Landsea Homes as a Division Controller and stayed until April 2023. Most recently, they started working at New Home Co. in June 2023 as the Director of Finance.

Haley Fagan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. Haley attended the university from 1994 to 1998. Prior to attending Arizona State University, they completed their secondary education at Xavier College Preparatory from 1990 to 1994. Haley Fagan also holds additional certifications in various subjects such as Decision-Making in High-Stress Situations, Leading Your Team Through Change, and Corporate Finance: Robust Financial Modeling. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in 2022.
