Jeff McGovern

Jeff McGovern has a diverse range of work experience in the homebuilding and construction industry. Jeff currently holds the role of SVP of Homebuilding Operations at The New Home Company Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Colorado Division President at Brookfield Properties and the Denver Division President at Taylor Morrison. Jeff also held the position of Division President--Colorado at William Lyon Homes and VP of Operations/Division Manager at Village Homes. Additionally, they have experience outside of the industry, having worked as the Executive Pastor at Eastern Hills Community Church. Early in their career, they held positions such as Director of Construction at Lennar and Vice President of Construction at Pulte Group, Inc.

Jeff McGovern earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Montana State University-Bozeman. Jeff studied at the university from 1988 to 1993.
