John Bohnen

John Bohnen currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at New Home Co., a position held since December 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure as Homebuilding, Land Acquisition & Development Executive and Entrepreneur from May 2005 to November 2023, during which time John founded two homebuilders that achieved successful exits. Prior to that, John served as a Captain in the Infantry for the U.S. Army from May 2000 to May 2005. John Bohnen holds a degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where education was completed from 1996 to 2000.
