Ken Kulinowski

Ken Kulinowski has extensive work experience in the homebuilding industry. Ken most recently served as the VP of Purchasing at The New Home Company Inc. starting in April 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Corporate Purchasing at Taylor Morrison from October 2018 to April 2019. From October 2009 to September 2018, Ken was the Corporate VP of Operations at AV Homes, Inc. Ken also worked as the VP of Supply Management at Engle Homes from May 2008 to June 2009. Before that, they served as the Director of Business Process at TOUSA Homes, Inc. from January 2003 to May 2008.

Ken's earlier work experience includes various roles at Engle Homes, starting as an Assistant Builder from November 1997 to June 1998, then transitioning to a Purchasing Coordinator from June 1998 to August 2000, and finally becoming a Division Controller from August 2000 to December 2002. Ken began their career in the homebuilding industry as an Accounting Manager at Pulte Homes from January 1995 to November 1997.

Ken Kulinowski received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University, which they attended from 1990 to 1994.
