Kevin Forader

Kevin Forader is a seasoned professional in land development with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Land Development at New Home Co. since May 2024, Kevin has previously held significant positions such as Vice President of Regional Operations and Director of Land Development at Treehouse Builders, where tenure lasted from September 2022 to May 2024. Past roles include Director of Land Development and Land Development Manager at Tri Pointe Homes (November 2019 - August 2022), Project Manager at Cash Construction Inc. (February 2018 - November 2019), and various leadership positions at CalAtlantic Homes and Standard Pacific Homes, including Director of Land Development. Notably recognized as Employee of the Year for the Austin Division in 2013, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, earned from 1996 to 2000.
