Michael Battaglia

Michael Battaglia has over 30 years of experience in the home building industry. Michael is currently serving as the President of Southern California at The New Home Company Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at Van Daele Homes and as the Vice President of Land Acquisition and Forward Planning at Taylor Morrison. Michael also held various roles at William Lyon Homes, including Division Manager and Senior Vice President. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Community Development at Lennar. Michael's early experience includes working as the Vice President of Project Development at Standard Pacific Homes and holding management positions at Comstock Homes CA. Michael began their career as a Project Manager at Alexander Catania Development and Joseph E Battaglia Inc.

Michael Battaglia began their education at San Marino High School, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Michael then continued their education at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, graduating in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. In addition to their formal education, Michael Battaglia has obtained certifications as a Real Estate Broker from the State of California in December 1995 and as a General Contractor "B" from the State of California in September 1992.
