Rob Irwin

Rob Irwin has a diverse work experience starting with their role as an Assurance Intern at PwC in 2010. Rob then became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University from 2010 to 2011, where they also worked as an Accounting Clerk, managing budget variances and reconciling accounts for research grants. In 2011, they returned to PwC as an Assurance Senior Associate until 2014.

From 2014, Rob joined The New Home Company Inc. as a Senior Project Analyst, responsible for project analysis and planning. Rob then progressed to the role of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in 2016, overseeing business planning and analysis as well as preparing materials for board and investor presentations. From 2019, they have been serving as the Vice President of Finance at the same company, providing executive-level financial analysis and overseeing the financial planning process.
