Mikell Rigg Parsch has a wide range of experience in executive roles. From 2018, they served as the CEO of NHWI (New Horizons Worldwide). Prior to that, they were the CEO of multiple companies, including Triple Impact, SS LLC, AGR, and Vertex (formerly Adayana) from 2015 to 2017. In 2011, Mikell became the President of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the largest executive and life coaching school in the world, where they also provided leadership and culture training/consulting to organizations. From 2008 to 2011, they held the position of President at RTCT (Dr. Roosevelt Thomas Consulting & Training), and from 2002 to 2008, they were a Founding Partner at MRP Global Consulting. Their earlier experience includes serving as the President and EVP of Franklin Covey from 1990 to 2003.

Mikell Rigg Parsch completed a Board of Director Master Class at the National Association of Corporate Directors in 2014. In 1990, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Western University. Prior to that, they studied Business at Sheridan College from 1985 to 1987.
