Randolph Wilkerson

Randolph Wilkerson, Sr. serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Murfreesboro since August 2020, driving initiatives aligned with the City's strategic goals. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Human Resources for the City of Murfreesboro, Director of Human Resources for G4S, Vice President of Human Resources at SmileDirectClub, and Director/Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at TruGreen. Additionally, Randolph has been a Training Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and an Adjunct Professor at Lipscomb University. Randolph holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master's degree in Organizational Management from Trevecca Nazarene University.
