Tami Damian serves as the CEO and President of Leadership Education And Development since January 2001, while also holding the positions of CEO/President at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers since November 2019 and Executive Leadership Facilitator. Tami is a Ziglar Legacy Certified Trainer and Coach with the Ziglar Performance Group, offering various performance and personal development courses. Additionally, Tami is a nationally certified workplace facilitator for Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace program, an Active Parenting Trainer of Trainers, and an Online Fitness Coach for Team Beachbody. Tami has a diverse background in management and organizational development, having worked as a Regional Director in a privately held company and as a Human Resource Manager at Longview Fibre. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Leadership from Doane University and Bachelor's degrees in Sociology, Psychology, and Organizational Communications from Kearney State College and the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
