Erika Kalita, MBA, is a Financial Analyst at NEWITY since December 2020, contributing to the firm's mission of providing small businesses with access to capital, having successfully facilitated over $11 billion in SBA loans and tax credits. Prior to joining NEWITY, Erika held various positions at L Brands from January 2015 to December 2020, including Loan Specialist, Verification Specialist, and Underwriter, alongside a role as a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret. Erika earned a Master of Business Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Dominican University in 2021, following a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from the same institution in 2019.
