Ben Hladki

Ben Hladki has extensive experience in the manufacturing and technology sectors, currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Technician at Newkirk Electric Associates, Inc. since November 2018. Prior to this role, Ben worked as an Engineering Technician at Lakeshore Fittings, Inc. from February 2017 to November 2018. Ben's earlier career includes significant positions within Erdman Machine Company, including Quality Control Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, as well as Quality Control Technician and CNC Operator/Machinist roles that involved equipment setup, programming, and quality assurance processes. Educationally, Ben holds an Associate's of Applied Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from Muskegon Community College, along with studies at Baker College of Muskegon and a high school diploma from Reeths-Puffer High School.
