Frank Paci

Frank Paci is an experienced executive in the restaurant and food service industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Newk's Eatery since April 2021. Previously, Frank held the CEO position at Corner Bakery from October 2015 to October 2020, and simultaneously managed Il Fornaio until its sale in September 2019. Additional notable roles include President & CEO of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc., and McAlister's Deli, as well as serving as Chief Financial Officer for The Pantry, Inc. Frank's extensive background also includes key positions at Blockbuster, Pizza Hut, and Burger King Corporation. Frank possesses an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
