Chet Cotter

Chet Cotter has extensive experience in the real estate and homebuilding industry. Chet served as the Director of the Financial Systems Group at Newland Real Estate Group, LLC starting in September 2007. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of IS at Frontier Homebuilders from 2004 to 2007. Before joining Frontier Homebuilders, Chet worked as the Director of IS at K. Hovnanian Homes from January 2002 to March 2004.

From 1993 to 2000, Chet Cotter attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
