Jim Kelly

Jim Kelly is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the real estate development industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Brookfield Properties since June 2021 and at Newland Communities since March 2017, Jim has successfully led numerous projects throughout their career. Previously, Jim held the position of Vice President at New West Development from October 2013 to March 2017 and served as Senior Project Manager at J.R. Hayes & Sons for over two decades, from September 1991 to August 2013. Jim holds a degree from Loyola University New Orleans, where education was completed from 1975 to 1979.
