Judy Ma currently serves as an iCATI Programmer at SPH Analytics, a Press Ganey Solution, since February 2022, and as a Business Analyst at Newleaf Consulting since April 2021, where Judy provides solutions for non-profit organizations navigating Salesforce implementation and manages support tickets. Previous experience at Apple from February 2015 to September 2019 includes roles such as Creative Pro and Creative, focusing on customer engagement, product knowledge workshops, and staff training. Earlier positions also include Assistant Manager at Asian Star, where Judy managed sales reports and scheduling, and Sales Associate at Charlotte Russe, known for providing exceptional customer service. Education includes an Associate of Science in Biology from Collin College and ongoing studies in Integrative Studies at the University of North Texas after completing a coding bootcamp at Coding Dojo in 2019.
