Alex Kim

Alex Kim has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Alex is currently working as the Head of Talent Acquisition at NewLimit. Prior to that, they founded Clarity Talent and worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Director to CTO at Dave. Alex also has a strong background in recruiting from their time at Uber, where they held various roles including Head of Recruiting for Emerging Tech, HR Business Partner to CHRO, Chief of Staff in Recruiting, and Recruiting Manager for the Americas. Alex also worked as an Assistant Vice President at Robert Half International, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting. Alex began their career as an Audit Senior - CPA at Deloitte, where they performed financial statement reviews and evaluated compliance with accounting regulations.

Alex Kim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara. Additionally, they hold certifications as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM and as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy, obtained in 2020 and 2011, respectively.
