Carmen González Balcarce

Carmen González Balcarce currently serves as the Reputation Director at Newlink® since September 2019, reporting directly to the CEO of Latam and leading a multifaceted team focused on Reputation Management, Public Affairs, and Digital Marketing. Previously, Carmen held various managerial roles at Newlink®, including Manager of Communications and Digital, where the responsibilities included oversight of client project quality and scope, and Senior Account Executive, focusing on communication strategies for major clients like JP Morgan and Chevron. Prior experience includes significant positions within the Government of Buenos Aires from March 2010 to August 2019, handling institutional relations and event coordination. Carmen began career involvement as an intern at UNESCO in 2009. Educational qualifications include an upcoming Executive MBA from IAE Business School and a Master's in Content Management from Universidad Austral, along with specialized training in Political and Government Communication.
