Alison Muir

Alison Muir, MBA, currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at both Newlon Housing Trust and Outward Housing since January 2023. Muir is also an Advisory Board Member at Connex Leadership Networks from November 2020. In addition, Muir holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Octavia until December 2024 and was an Associate at HQN from June 2020 to June 2023. Muir previously served as Executive Director of Housing Services at St Mungo's from August 2021 to May 2023 and held multiple roles at Homes for Lambeth from April 2020 to August 2022, including Non-Executive Director Chair for HFL Homes. Muir's past experience includes an interim role as Executive Director of Housing at Anchor Hanover Group and as Non-Executive Director for Clarion Housing Group and as Chief Executive (Interim) at CHISEL Housing Association. Muir earned an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Sussex.
