Someone who only blows hot air and likes drama is not good to have on the team. Active malice and neglect are huge no-nos as well as micromanagement or limited communication/transparency. Don't waste others' time.

Fun fact

I have some very diverse and odd interests... I garden, breed fish, visit breweries, build computers, play cello, and enjoy cars/boats/planes/trains.
