Donald Kirby

Donald Kirby is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax management and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Manager at Newman Town, PLLC since January 2024, Donald previously held the position of Director of Tax at NAES Corporation from September 2015 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing federal and state tax planning and overseeing international tax strategies. Prior experience includes serving as a Tax Manager at Hersman Serles Almond, providing tax compliance and consulting services to small and mid-size businesses, and as a Tax Associate at BDO Seidman, LLP. Donald holds an MPAcc in Taxation from the UW Foster School of Business and a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Washington.
