Isabel Hernandez-Rodriguez is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the home sales industry. Currently serving as Community Sales Manager at Newmark Homes since August 2023, Isabel previously held the position of New Home Sales Counselor at Pulte Group Inc from February 2019 to July 2023. Prior to that, Isabel worked as a Sales Counselor at CalAtlantic Homes from March 2016 to December 2018 and as a Sales Associate at Highland Homes from February 2011 to March 2016. Isabel's expertise includes generating sales leads, negotiating contracts, conducting buyer meetings, and training new sales staff. An effective communicator, Isabel has demonstrated success in building relationships with realtors and guiding buyers through the home design process. Isabel attended Lone Star College for education.
