Joe Padilla has extensive experience in the construction and sales industries, currently serving as a Construction Manager at Newmark Homes since June 2007. In this role, Joe oversees all residential home projects within the $350,000 to $750,000 price range, maintaining daily communication with vendors, trades, and weekly coordination with sales, buyers, and management. Prior to this position, Joe worked as a Sales Specialist at Budweiser from June 1999 to June 2007, where responsibilities included managing 65 accounts weekly and enhancing market share and profits through effective pricing negotiations, marketing strategies, and inventory management. Joe Padilla's educational background includes studies at Houston Community College from 1996 to 1999.
