Melissa Guerra serves as the Corporate Marketing Director at Newmark Homes since March 2012, bringing extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Marketing Coordinator II at Trendmaker Homes & Development from July 2005 to March 2012. Earlier in the career, Melissa contributed to marketing efforts at Steve Fuqua Homes from February 2002 to July 2005. Melissa holds a degree in Liberal Arts & Social Sciences with a focus on Marketing from the University of Houston, where studies were completed between 2001 and 2005.
