Jessica Ramirez

Jessica Ramirez is the Director of Finance at NewMark Merrill Companies. Jessica has over fifteen years of experience in accounting and finance.

Jessica began their career as a staff accountant at ARK LLP. Jessica then became the accounting manager at Building Maintenance Solutions Division of WOW! Cleaning Inc. In 2007, they joined NYSC Town Sports International as an assistant program manager.

In 2012, Jessica left NYSC to join The A Team Executive Management as an associate controller. Jessica then transitioned to ComplySci in 2016, where they served as the associate controller until 2022. Jessica assumed their current role as the Director of Finance at NewMark Merrill Companies in February of 2022.

Jessica Ramirez has a certification from Intuit in Quickbooks Desktop 2016 and another certification from Intuit Management Consultancy in Working with QB Enterprise Clients: Identifying, Consulting, and Planning The Implementation. Jessica is also a Certified ProAdvisor Enterprise.
