Tomasz Chojnacki

Tomasz Chojnacki is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as the Regional Director for Southern Poland at Newmark Polska since August 2025, where responsibilities include developing operations in major metropolitan areas such as Katowice, Kraków, and Wrocław. Prior to this role, Tomasz spent over eight years at CBRE, progressing from Senior Consultant to Deputy Head of the Office Sector, where management of the office sector development strategy involved collaboration across various business lines. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Director at Stary Ratusz sp. z o.o. and as National President for Junior Chamber International Kraków, where leadership and strategic roles were pivotal. Tomasz holds a Master's degree in Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach.
