Steve LaVar has over two decades of experience in property management and maintenance engineering. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Newmark Zimmer since August 2022, Steve previously held similar roles at Block Real Estate Services and MedDevelopment, where responsibilities included overseeing property operations and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Steve's extensive background in maintenance engineering includes positions at Welltower™ Inc., where Steve progressed from Maintenance Engineer to Chief Maintenance Engineer, and early experience at Prudential Commercial Real Estate. Steve’s educational background includes a Certificate of Completion in HVAC from Vatterott College and accounting training from Bonozon Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
