Alex Haendler

Alex Haendler is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Director of Capital Markets at Newmark since November 2018, Alex specializes in acquisition and disposition processes. Prior to this role, Alex worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at RHYS Commercial Real Estate from May 2016 to November 2018, focusing on sourcing deals, property valuation, marketing, and negotiations. Earlier experience includes an Associate position at Silver Heights Development LLC in 2015. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate & Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut, earned between 2013 and 2017, and completed earlier education at King Low Heywood Thomas from 2009 to 2013.
