Andrew Petrozzi

Andrew Petrozzi is a national research director and strategist who leads a Canada-wide commercial real estate research platform for Newmark from Vancouver, B.C. Currently, they focus on providing data-driven market insights and economic analysis to support clients and brokerage professionals. Petrozzi has established a strong background in journalism and research, having previously held roles at Avison Young, Altus Group, and various media outlets. With a decade of journalistic experience, they have contributed significantly to the field through speaking engagements and thought leadership. Most recently, Petrozzi was appointed Director & Head of Canada Research for Newmark in September 2023.
