Andrew Visnick, CPA, is a seasoned professional in the financial sector with extensive experience in multifamily investment sales. Currently serving as Managing Director at Newmark since May 2019, Andrew has been directly involved in over $5.5 billion of transactions in West Florida. Prior roles include Capital & Acquisitions Associate at InvestRes, Associate at PwC, and various internships in venture capital and business development. Andrew founded Cool College Cleaners LLC and has also gained valuable experience in assurance and client engagement during time spent at PwC. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Economics from the University of Tampa.
