Ben Bowling, MAI, serves as the Executive Vice President at Newmark in the Valuation & Advisory division, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate valuation and advisory services. With a career spanning several positions at Newmark since September 2017, including roles as First Vice President, Vice President, Senior Appraiser, Senior Analyst, and Analyst, Ben has contributed to projects of varying scales across the industry. Prior to Newmark, Ben held teaching positions at Plano ISD, Garland Independent School District, and Dallas Independent School District, focusing on mathematics and ESL for diverse student populations. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Linguistics from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Texas.
