Bill Fishel

Bill Fishel, CAIA, currently serves as Executive Vice Chair at Newmark, based in Los Angeles, where the focus is on debt and structured finance nationwide. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Los Angeles Office for Debt & Structured Finance at JLL from July 2019 to June 2023, and previously served as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Los Angeles Office at HFF from August 2009 to June 2023. Bill Fishel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Yale University.
