Caroline A. Koster

Caroline A. Koster is the Managing Director & Chief Counsel for Securities & Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretary at Newmark Group, Inc. She oversees corporate governance for the Company and also provides legal advice relating to securities, SEC reporting and corporate transactions and other matters. Ms. Koster joined Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. in 2002 and serves as its Managing Director and Associate General Counsel. She is also the Corporate Secretary and Managing Director and Chief Counsel, Securities and Corporate Governance, of BGC Partners, Inc. Ms. Koster also serves as Counsel and Secretary for the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund.

Ms. Koster began her career at Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright).

Ms. Koster received her A.B. from Duke University and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
