Douglas Nickel

Douglas L. Nickel, MAI, FRICS is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in valuation and consulting since the mid-1980s. Currently, Douglas serves as a Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for Washington DC, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia at Newmark, a position held since September 2017. Previously, Douglas was a Senior Managing Director at Integra Realty Resources from October 2005 to September 2017. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Richmond, attained between 1982 and 1986.
