Dustin Volz

Dustin Volz serves as the Vice Chairman of Industrial Capital Markets at Newmark since February 2023. Prior to this, Dustin held several prominent positions at JLL, including Senior Managing Director and Managing Director in the Industrial Capital Markets division from May 2019 to February 2023, and Senior Vice President of Industrial Investment Sales in early 2016. Dustin founded the Investment Services division at Younger Partners, offering tailored acquisition and disposition services from November 2013 to January 2016. Earlier experiences include working as an Associate at Marcus & Millichap, a Broker at Fischer & Company, and an intern at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. Dustin holds a B.S. in Finance from The University of Kansas, earned in 2007.
