Eugene Chong

Eugene Chong is currently a Senior Managing Director at Newmark, specializing in Western U.S. Multifamily Capital Markets since 2025. Previously, they held various positions including Associate, Senior Vice President, and Vice President at Eastdil Secured, and worked in acquisitions at R.W. Selby & Co., Inc., Harbor Group Management Company, and Rockwood. Eugene was also a student athlete at the University of Southern California, where they contributed to a team that won three NCAA Division 1 National Championships in men's water polo. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from USC in 2015.
