Justin W. Hodgdon

Justin W. Hodgdon is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Executive Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank since March 2013, Hodgdon has been recognized with the NKF Excellence in Brokerage Award in 2017 and has consistently been a Top Producer in NKF Orange County from 2013 to 2019. Prior to this role, Hodgdon held the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director at DTZ from 2007 to March 2013, where oversight of overall operations for the Orange County P&L was a key responsibility, earning Top Producer honors for four consecutive years, 2009 through 2012. Hodgdon began a career in tenant representation at Studley from 1996 to 2007 as a Director. Justin W. Hodgdon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine University, completed in 1996.
