Kim Moore

Kim Moore serves as the Executive Managing Director at Newmark since June 2014, leading Economic Development Consulting and Economic Incentives Advisory service lines as well as Site Selection. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Managing Director and Managing Director at the City of Dallas from November 2007 to June 2014, where responsibilities involved recruitment of national and international businesses and management of economic development incentives. Previously, Kim held the position of Director of Economic Development at Economic Development San Marcos and Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Denton, focusing on business recruitment and economic development program support. Kim holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
