Louis Oliva

Louis Oliva, CCIM, SIOR, has served as Executive Managing Director at Newmark and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank since March 1986, focusing on the acquisition, disposition, and development of industrial real estate. Prior to this, Louis held positions as an Account Executive at Schering-Plough from January 1985 to January 1986 and as a Sales Manager at Procter & Gamble from January 1983 to December 1984. Louis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration and Management Science from Carnegie Mellon University, obtained between 1979 and 1982, and has participated in Leadership Pittsburgh.
