Myron Galchutt

Myron Galchutt has over 30 years of experience in providing strategic solutions to reduce operational and real estate spending for U.S.-based companies, firms, and organizations. As a Founding Partner and Senior Managing Director at Newmark from July 2002 to October 2008, Myron played a key role in establishing the firm. Myron then served as Managing Principal and Executive Vice President at NGKF, leading Southern California operations to grow from approximately $1.6 million in 2003 to over $30 million. Myron has also held significant leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross and President of the Lutheran Association of Scouters for the Boy Scouts of America. Current involvement includes serving on the Board of Elders at St. John's Lutheran Church in Orange, CA, with responsibilities for the spiritual well-being of the congregation. Myron earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University and has also studied Spanish and Iberian Studies at California State University, Long Beach.
