Niv Shahmoon

Niv Shahmoon currently serves as an Analyst in Debt, Equity, and Structured Finance at Newmark, beginning in October 2023. Prior to this role, Niv held the position of Senior Innovation Consultant at Eagle Point Funding, where strategic consulting services were provided to deep-tech companies to secure non-dilutive funding from the U.S. Niv also gained experience as an Associate Innovation Consultant and Sales and Trading Analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald, where participation in the Sales and Trading Analyst program showcased a strong financial acumen. Additional experience includes serving as an Investments and Acquisitions Analyst at LS CAPITAL Inc., where Niv managed extensive commercial real estate assets and conducted thorough property analyses. Earlier roles included a Production & Development Associate position at OBB Media, a Lifeguard at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, and a Real Estate Intern at Fast Lane Realty. Niv holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern California, earned in 2020, and a high school diploma from The Sheldon Adelson Educational Campus, completed in 2017.
