Raj Jain, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Newmark, leading a global team of 80 personnel and successfully implementing an offshore center since March 2021. Previously, Raj Jain held the position of Global Controller at CGS from April 2018 to March 2021, overseeing global finance operations and supervising a team of 30 professionals. Raj Jain's extensive experience also includes roles as VP Finance, Principal Accounting Officer, and Principal Financial Officer at Innodata Inc., focusing on SEC regulatory compliance and M&A activities. Additional experiences include serving as Director of Finance at ORBCOMM, Audit Manager at PwC, Senior Audit Manager at CohnReznick LLP, and Senior Auditor at Deloitte India. Raj Jain is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant, with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
