Scott Lipinski, MAI, currently serves as Executive Vice President at Newmark since June 2019. With previous roles as Risk Management Consultant and Senior Risk Management Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2016 to 2019, and as Cofounder of Victory Social Capital, LLC, which pioneered for-profit Pay for Success intermediaries in the U.S. from 2013 to 2015, Scott has a diverse professional background in real estate and risk management. Prior experiences include positions as Summer Associate at JBG Rosenfeld Retail, Real Estate Evaluator II at BB&T, and Vice President at CBRE, where advanced financial modeling and market analysis were key responsibilities. Scott's earlier career included roles as Senior Associate and Associate at Allen & Associates, focusing on real estate valuation and market research. Educational achievements include an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a B.S. in Microbiology, and a Master's in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan.
