Steve Hartschuh

Steve Hartschuh is a seasoned professional in the commercial title industry, currently serving as Senior Managing Director - Business Development at Newmark since May 2024. Prior roles include SVP - National Commercial Sales at Kriss Law/Atlantic Closing & Escrow and Vice President - Senior Sales Executive at Old Republic Title. With a solid foundation in sales, Steve also held the position of Vice President - Commercial Account Manager at Near North Title Group and spent over a decade as a Commercial Account Manager with Chicago Title Insurance Company. Educationally, Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and graduated from Wynford High School with a College Prep diploma.
