Susan Yau

Susan Yau is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in transaction management and asset management. Currently serving as Transaction Manager for Frontier Communications at Newmark since March 2024, Susan previously held the role of Global Real Estate Transaction Manager at Dropbox, where responsibilities included overseeing the company's international office footprint and supporting the shift to a Virtual First work model. Prior experience includes directing asset dispositions at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on retail investments, and managing properties at Digital Realty, where strategic asset management and financial performance analysis were key. Earlier roles included working as a Development & Acquisitions Analyst at Regency Centers and a Development Analyst at Caruso.
