Timothy Polglase has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Associate Director in Debt & Structured Finance at Newmark since October 2021, where previous roles included Associate and Analyst in the same department. Prior to Newmark, Timothy worked as a Financial Analyst at The Related Group from September 2020 to October 2021, and had an internship in acquisitions at The Albanese Organization in the summer of 2019. Additionally, Timothy gained experience as a Capital Markets Intern at Cushman & Wakefield in mid-2018. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Bucknell University, earned between 2016 and 2020.
