Tom Hundelt

Tom Hundelt is an experienced executive in the real estate and supply chain industries, currently serving as Executive Managing Director at Newmark since 2007, with prior roles as Managing Director. Simultaneously, Tom holds the position of Managing Director at NKF Consulting. From 1998 to 2007, Tom served as Engineering Manager at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, following a long tenure at UPS from 1987 to 2007, where Tom held the title of Director. Tom's expertise encompasses engineering and real estate management for both domestic and international operations. Tom holds a degree from Washington University in St. Louis and graduated from DeSmet Jesuit High School.
