William L. Hill

William L. Hill is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Vice Chairman at Newmark since February 2021, where William L. focuses on representing owners and investors in federal government leasing. Prior to this, William held significant roles at CBRE from 2012 to February 2021, including Senior Vice President and member of the Americas Producers Advisory Board. William also has experience as Managing Member at Willow Capital Investments and served as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors at Washington Jesuit Academy, which provides quality education to boys from low-income communities. Additionally, William was Chairman of the William Douglas Hill Scholarship Foundation from 2004 to 2012, a nonprofit foundation supporting students in the Detroit area, and worked as Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle from 2003 to 2012. William earned a Bachelor of Science Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from Duke University.
