Mike Cashmere

Mike Cashmere has a diverse work experience in the retail and consulting industry. Mike has served in various roles such as Program and Operations Manager at Newmine Omni-Channel Retail Consulting, where they focused on productivity changes and provided peak support during the holiday season. Mike also worked as a Project Manager at MI9retail, leading engagements for hardware supply and apparel retail department stores. As an Independent Consultant, they worked as a Program Manager for a large women's apparel retailer, developing implementation plans and forecasts. At Columbus Consulting International, they worked as a Program Management/Consultant, building an Allocations program implementation plan for retail stores. Mike served as the Vice President of IT at Trilogy Fulfillment, where they integrated various brands and implemented the Manhattan WM system. Mike was a Director of IT and Program Manager at Orchard Brands, leading the consolidation of acquired brands and establishing a Program Management Office. Mike also served as a Senior Project Manager at L.L.Bean, implementing supply chain solutions. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager at KPMG and Bearing Point, providing client support and proposal development. Mike started their career as a Director of Operations at IMR Global Inc and as a Senior Project Manager at L.L.Bean, where they implemented WMS systems.

Mike Cashmere completed their MPA in Organization and Management from Golden Gate University from 1977 to 1979. Later, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration in Business from Thomas College, which they completed from 1989 to 1990.
