Alicia Hong

Alicia Hong is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at New/Mode since January 2024. Previously, Alicia held several roles at Swim Drink Fish Canada, including Operations Manager and Operations Lead, where responsibilities encompassed financial management, scheduling, board governance, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, knowledge management, facilities oversight, human resources, and events management. Alicia has also worked as an Executive Assistant at the Centre for Social Innovation and has experience in job development, program leadership, and mentoring. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Non-Profit Leadership Development Certificate from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University, along with various international educational experiences.
